Delivery From $6.50

We deliver New Zealand wide overnight and on the same day in Nelson and suburbs if your order is received before 2pm.

Within nelson region delivery is $6.50, (Nelson city to Richmond).

Rural delivery, (from Atawai out and from Appleby out) is $10.00.

South Island overnight Door to Door courier service $12.50.

North Island Door to Door courier service $20.00.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods.

All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.

Availability

We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

All stock which is available will be sent immediately and we will inform you if an item(s) is not available or will follow shortly..

There may be occasions when our suppliers, without advance warnings, do cancel or discontinue products is beyond our control.

Payment

You can pay for your order by using your Visa, MasterCard credit card, cheque or electronic banking. All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

Payment by Credit Card
All card payments require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch.

Pricing

If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted).

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and indicated the full price to be paid.

Delivery Schedule

Products are shipped within New Zealand only, subject to payment, card authorization and availability. An overnight courier service is used, aiming to deliver within 2 working days, often next working day. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Delivery can be subject to availability, but you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
